Here at CHOICE WOODS, I strive to stock and sell the best wood that nature provides. I am continually expanding my inventory of wood and supplies, based on your needs. So, if there is something that you need that I do not have listed, please call. It might have already been added to my inventory. And if not, I will try to get it for you or refer you to a competent supplier.

At CHOICE WOODS, my motto is: "I only ship what I would want to receive".

I have stuck to that motto since 1991 when I started CHOICE WOODS. If you have been with me as a customer for a while...THANK YOU. I appreciate your patronage and will continue to do my best to keep you a satisfied customer. If you are a customer for the first time...WELCOME. I will do my best to get you the top quality product and service that you deserve.

Choice Woods will be closed Derby Day do to the cluster...mess that it will be down here.

With that being said. We are offering parking in our parking lot and you can catch a shuttle to the track directly across the street.

Jimmy Clewes Hands On

We are proud to announce that Jimmy Clewes will be offering 3 days of
hands on classes.

Dates: November 6,7 & 8, 2009

Cost: $160.00 per day or $450.00 for all three days. (savings of $30.00) This includes lunch, and the first project's wood.

Jimmy will be offering a wade array of projects for ANY level of turner. He will touch on sharpening and form in all the classes, along with proper English.

For the out of town guests, there are hotels very close by and you can check out the web site for hotel information.

If you are flying in, we are approximately 5-10 minutes from the air port. As most of you know Jimmy does come through Choice Woods about 3 to 4 times a year. His classes fill up very quickly so reserve your spot ASAP.

There is a $50.00 non refundable deposit per day. We prefer checks please.
